Speak Up System: Open the dialog

Since March 2017, Nordzucker employees and external parties have been able to use our Speak Up system to report possible deviations from legal requirements or from Nordzucker regulations to the Ethics Committee. Since then, the system has enabled an anonymous dialogue on ethical issues of the business.

Speak Up is a protected system provided and managed by an external service provider. A report can be submitted in writing in the respective national language and, if desired, completely anonymously. It is customary and part of the company's duty of care to offer employees and external persons a wide range of contact points on ethical issues, including in an anonymous form. This is expected of customers and other stakeholders today.
